QUICKSET VISION
To provide an optimum atmosphere for the development of young volleyball athletes and assist players to become the best they can be.
QUICKSET GOALS
• Improve the volleyball skills and leadership of each team member through specialized instruction and competitive team play.
• Continue to raise the quality of girl's volleyball in the Lehigh Valley
• Provide training opportunities and key competition exposure for athletes who are considering playing competitive volleyball in college.
• Promote good sportsmanship, responsibility and a love for the sport.

Tim Dando
-Club Director
Tim joined Quickset in 1994 as a 16's coach and has coached 15, 16, 17, and 18's with great success. In 2002 Tim took over as club director thus relinquishing his coaching position to give full-time to running the club. Tim coached at Freedom HS (1991-2013) winning 3 district titles. Tim has been married for 38 years to Jeanie and has two grown children.
Tim is USAV certified and a member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association and the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association.
